We Nerded Out w/ Zoé in Batman Fashion

Tada-dada-dada-dada Batnerrrd

While cold weather may induce butt-covering performances, some musicians always find a way to amuse us with their outfit. Zoé usually never makes that list, but they did with their latest performance in Hollywood Palladium (Los Angeles). Not that they performed in gowns, but the frontman Larregui wore a dark poncho and glasses, looking like Batnerd ready to fix the stage’s WiFi. Why so nerdious? The weather. Regardless, he still knocked our eardrums out, still fueled us with his youthful zeal, and still danced like shit. Our favorite performance was “Nunca” (“Never”). We were happy to catch Zoé’s last performances before taking a band-raincheck. Larregui will be launching his solo project soon meanwhile we’ll try to upgrade in the tyranny of iPhone models by hemorrhaging our wallets. Gosh, fuck you iPhones! Some phones just want to watch your account burn.
