If you’ve been following 1/3 of Swedish House Mafia, Steve Angello, you know he’s launched a solo career and released melodramatic videos that still make the PG13 borderline. They’re not the stereotypical buttchick-saturated pool plotline of EDM videos – instead, they are mysterious ones that shed away the festive glamour and depict people in fight-or-flight scenarios. Like his new video “Tiger”:

“Tiger” soundtracks a cortisol-rocketing momentum, immediately throwing us with tense synth pulses that resonate the climax of a survival film – it is definitely not a chill track, but a euphonious jolt you need for work mode…or run-for-your-life one. “Tiger” is from his first solo studio album, Wild Youth, released back in January 22. He’s on tour:
