Bromance Fades With Romance & Drugs in The Plot In You’s “Time Changes Everything”

Nothing is immutable – especially if you throw in romance and drugs into your bromance formula, then you’re signing up for major tsunami-sized change. Ohio-made metalcore band, The Plot In You, shows us the impending doom that every teen living on the edge experiences in their new video “Time Changes Everything.” If you spent your pubescent days cruising around in your skateboard and breaking abstinence with your crony’s girlfriend, you know how much time has changed:

In “Time Changes Everything,” The Plot In You carves their metal core with a more jaggedly punk-rock influence that resonates the Millennial teenagedom. It is edgy and falls into dense sonorous choruses, but there are ominously peaceful intermissions that recedes back to reflect. The Plot In You formed back in 2010 and released their debut EP Wife Beater in the same year.
