Australian producer, Taka Perry, brings lonely euphoria into the electronic territory with his mellow debut “Slow.” Perry’s chill, gently unfurling beats are emotive and demand the listener to sit back and carefully digest his croons. There is a pinch of haunting air that is infused within the echoes embedded in the melody. Hit play:

Perry wrote “Slow” back in 2015 while finishing up high school. For him “‘Slow’ is about delusions, fantasies, and figments of imagination…it’s about not being able to find what you’re looking for, so instead creating fictional version of it.” As of now, Perry is working on releasing his debut EP, so in the meantime follow him on Facebook and SoundCloud.
