Emotions are assets – that’s why it hurts like a bitch when someone doesn’t reciprocate them =( BUT you can always brush away that bad investment and dance it off with Work Drugs’ “Tough Love.” By the title itself it is a matter-of-heart track that taps into a challenging in-and-out romance…but melodically, it has the sax sass and infectious dancey upbeats that soundtracks the remaining month of summer. It’s bittersweet, but more on the sweet side:

“Tough Love” is from Work Drugs’ latest album, Method Acting, which came out on August 19. They are currently on tour:

9/7 – The Roxy Theatre (West Hollywood, CA, USA)

9/8 – Constellation Room at the Observatory (Santa Ana, CA, USA)

9/9 – Soda Bar (San Diego, CA, USA)

9/10 – Neck of the Woods (San Francisco, CA, USA)

9/11 – McNear’s Mystic Theatre (Petaluma, CA, USA)
