UK electropop/soul duo, Alpines, takes us into the pool of human expression in a very carnal video “Heaven.” We see zoom-ins of different characters that are engaging in intimacy, despair, prayer, innocence, exhaustion, and all kinds of intensities. The ballad displays the sonorous prowess of the singer Catherine Pockson that glows with the echoes of low pitch robotic vocals that adds layers of sonic depth. Stream below:

“Heaven” is from Alpines second album Another River, which will be out on October 28. Comprised of Pockson and Bob Mathews, their music has been used for major films and TVs in the past. As of now, they have a show date coming up:

11/9 – Moth Club (London, UK)
