For his new video “Tarde” (“Late”), the Mexican alternative/indie singer Siddhartha takes us hopscotching among Georgian Era, Renaissance, present and many others in a surreal mansion. The video follows the dream of a dudette who navigates through a maze-like mansion as she encounters different aesthetics from various time periods. The thick makeup and funky aura of the characters give off a surreal vibe – the bizarre part about it is that Siddhartha’s coolness seamlessly blends well in whatever background he’s in – watch it:
