Klangstof’s Live Performance Is Somewhere Between Ethereal Highness & Rock Steroids

Amsterdam-based quartet, Klangstof, knocked us off with their A++ performance at The Satellite (Los Angeles) on Nov 17, proving that 1. they can schmoozily translate their dreamy sound into rock-out blissphere 2. they are far more humorous unlike their emosh music 3. they are not afraid to break stage confinements to party with the crowd. In case you don’t know who they are, Klangstof is a Dutch band that started as a creative project for Koen (the short hair, pale vocal dude in the pics). “Klang” in Norwegian means “echo” or “reverb” whereas “stof” in Dutch means dust. The band has been around since 2014 and released their debut record Close Eyes to Exit on September 9th of this year. Check out “Hostage”
Now, vicariously soak into their rocking coolness at The Satellite:

This dude just refused to show his face…
