Aussie folk-rock quintet, The Paper Kites, gives us a cinematic window frame view into the lives of different people in the same building in their new video “Too Late.” We see the lonely girl sitting by the window, the artist who seems to go through a creativity block, and the dancers who experience an epiphany. The track is a laid-back, downtempo track with emotionally scorching chords that immediately draw you into their sweet melancholic soundscape – granted, it’s sad but there is a magnetic aestheticism to it. “Too Late” is from their sophomore album twelvefour, which came out in August 2015. The Paper Kites started off by releasing homemade EPs and started gaining press attention with their single “Bloom.” They have now toured internationally and will continue to do so in 2017:
