Brooklyn-based future jazz/disco artist, Sinkane, gives us a groove-infused antidote from the future titled “Telephone” – a dancefloor matchmaker that will send your booties shaking towards the disco ball. The video follows a gal in a bodysuit who takes us from room-to-room, in an inception fashion. Think of a room within a room that feels like navigating through a funk labyrinth:

Ahmed Gallab is the mastermind behind Sinkane who has been making magic out of jazz, disco, funk and Sudanese pop. He debuted his first record back in 2007 titled Sinisterals and since then, has earned global acclaim for his knack of songsmithing outré music. “Telephone” is from his forthcoming record Life & Livin’ It, which will be out on February 10.
