Norwegian singer, Thomas Dybdahl, knows that tickles the ADHD spot of your brain – both sonically and visually. His new video “Just A Little Bit” has hypnotic visuals that swirls you into an abyss of chromatic eye-masturbation. The track imbues an outré magnetism that immerses you into a transcending rapture – the drops of timbres alongside the gushing synths make “Just A Little Bit” a slick repertoire of folk, pop, experimental, and rock. Watch below:

“Just A Little Bit” is from Dybdahl’s seventh album, The Great Plains, which was released back in February 2017. The single has already amassed 183k streams on Spotify – which isn’t surprising considering that Dybdahl has been a chart-topper in Norway and has received Grammy nomination in the US.

Regarding the new album, he shared, “I’ve been lucky enough to write with some of my favorite musicians on this album and I cannot wait to share this music and go on tour with these wonderful songs. The songs on this album are mostly about being in a place in life where you suddenly have time to look in the mirror and into yourself, only to discover that you almost do not recognize the man looking back at you. Songs about the realization that you don’t know as well as you thought, songs about childhood, family and songs about those moments, that in their wake, you can clearly see what was important for everything that came afterward.”
