Meet the rising sonic alchemist.

With her bewitching air exuding the smokiness of R&B and tinge of Latin roots, RHEA lures you into her hauntingly ethereal soundscape of her debut single “Dreams.” The howling choruses and throbbing background are painted with wistful lyrics that slither into you. In some instances, “Dreams” feels muted – it’s the type of track that gives silence and company at the same time:

“It came from a really special place and is written about someone I never wanna forget, the kinda person that visits you in dreams” shared the songstress.

Hailing from South London, RHEA has grown up with influences of early jazz, soul, and Motown. Unlike other R&B/hip-hop artists, RHEA fuses Latin influences to her songs – which isn’t surprising considering that the songstress has lived in Spain and wrote number of songs at the beach. As of now, she has a show date coming up:

6/16 – The Urban Bar Whitechapel (London, UK)
