Anxiety is a global crisis.

Essex rock quintet, Tigress, unveiled the video for their latest single “Headaches” where we see the five-piece band bike around like teens until the vocalist Katy Jackson starts swirling into madness. The blurry effects and dark hue create a haunting aura that resemble the feelings of isolation that permeate into your system as anxiety takes over:

“We had a lot of fun shooting this music video – some of us even had to learn to ride a bike again! The concept of the music video is based on the global mental health crisis that so many people are going through. The video and track focuses on the feeling of isolation – we wanted to convey the message of how anxiety can make someone feel” shared the frontgal Katy.

“Headaches” is from Tigress’ latest EP Like It Is, which was released on May 12th. Since then, Tigress has received comparisons to the likes of Queens Of The Stone Age, Muse, and Nothing But Thieves. As of now, they are getting ready to hit festival stages:

7/23 – Work Hard Play Hard Festival (Kent, UK)

8/4-6 – Fort Fest (Thurleigh, UK)
