Francobollo’s Debut, Long Live Life, Is The Offspring From 7 Years Of Songsculpting

Rock worth the wait.

With a grand-sized, stretchy title like Long Live Life, one would expect a record that is the byproduct of lifelong songsculpting – and it is true. The debut album by the Swedish quartet, Francobollo, took seven years to complete and you can tell that every track is an intricate rock piece that explores intimate topics. The four-piece tap into claustrophobia in “Worried Times” and long-distance love in “Wonderful.” Listening to Long Live Life feels like digesting all the contradictory emotions associated with different circumstances – you can’t help but indulge in the humor of “Kinky Lola” while also question the current state of creative field. Like it’s title, it’s a rich album that has a lot to offer without overwhelming you:

With the help of producer Charlie Andrew (Alt-J, Marika Hackman, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Sivu, etc.), Francobollo produced Long Live Life and released it via Andrew’s record Square leg Records. As of now, Francobollo is on tour:
