Yorkshire rocker, Yungblud, tells the story of fairy tale-like romance that met a brutal ending in his new single “I Love You, Will You Marry Me.” With break beats that burst within your ribs, the track bounces in trip-hop fashion while the mad strings strikes with an air of rock’n’roll. “I Love You, Will You Marry Me” is actually based on a true story of a couple in north of England. Find out what happened:

“It’s a twisted fairytale about two young people in love that got completely fucked over… His graffiti proposal overlooks the entire city, which ended in her death and was lit up as an ‘iconic piece of art’ overlooking Sheffield. He was left with nothing” Yungblud shared.
