Ironically, the song is about monotony

For all of us who operate on an auto-pilot, monotonous schedule, Tempesst’s “Feel Better” is a relief and bittersweet reflection of the routine that has taken over our existence. With swirling production and echoing chants, “Feel Better” feels like a hypnosis session where Tempesst sucks us into another sonic dimension that allow us to step back from our lives and see how structured it has become. If life is a C+ from Monday to Friday 4pm and B+/A- from Friday 4pm to Sunday, then this is song was meant to be in your ears:

“I wrote ‘Feel Better’ about the mindless rhythm of working all week and then partying all weekend. A lot of my friends and I have done it for years. Each month just blurs into a series of highs and lows. I guess I wrote this song about realising the monotony of it all. It’s actually a bit sad when you think about it” shared frontman Toma Banjanin.

“Feel Better” is from Tempesst’s debut EP Adult Wonderland, which was released on October 27th and features their widely-acclaimed single “Waiheke.” Tempesst will start their UK headline tour this winter:

12/6 – Shacklewell Arms (London, UK)

12/7 – Heartbreakers (Southampton, UK)

12/8 – Eagle Inn (Manchester, UK)
