Overcoats Tells Us A Modern Fairy Tale Romance In “I Don’t Believe In Us”

Overcoats removes the sugarcoat from fairy tales and glosses it with modern hot mess in their new video “I Don’t Believe In Us.” It is a Zen-like pop piece that slowly demolishes the romanticized illusion we often build in our heads – whether it is romance, goals, etc. The video depicts a couple fighting by the pool where the colorful smokes and surrealistic atmosphere create a fairy tale aura.
