UK songstress Lots Holloway takes us into an upbeat synthpop waltz in her single “Slow Down” where she teaches us the art of living in the moment. Despite the uplifting mood, “Slow Down” grounds you into enjoying every beat and second. For those of you who are trying to live weeks, months, or years in a day, Lots’ “Slow Down” is a catchy reminder to calm down. Watch the video below:
“It’s a song about being present in every moment; about not rushing or wishing your life away,” explained Lots. “The only time we have is now, and you’ll miss it when it’s gone.”
“Slow Down” is from Lots’ debut EP with the same title, which came out last month in October. Lots is the mastermind behind the production of her EP and music videos, making Slow Down a snapshot of her creative factory. The songstress, who is originally from Cornwall, moved into London in 2011 and since then has been honing her singing/songwriting craft. As of now, Lots hasn’t unveiled any show dates yet.
