Bristol-based artist Javeon creates the serenity of silence with noise in his new lusty R&B EP Clockwork. Comprised of three tracks, the EP nods to slow-burning ambient pop where we geet immersed into the suspension created by the echoes between the beats. Stream below:
“My music is 90s R&B inspired but also takes influences from current electronic, R&B and pop music..Whilst making this EP I was listening to Kehlani, Ross from friends, Kano and Sampha so combined with my own style the clockwork EP was creatred” shared Javeon.
Clockwork is the follow up of Javeon’s last year’s EP, Show Me Something. Although Javeon started his career in the dance scene (he was featured in Julio Bashmore’s “Father Father” and Le Youth’s “Feel Your Love”), he embarked on his solo journey in 2011. Since then, Javeon has written songs for international artists including Tory Lanez, Clean Bandit, 5AM, Janice and many more. Known for combining futuristic R&B and synthpop, Javeon has been making waves in major radio stations and played in various music festivals across the UK.
