Los Angeles trio Lo Moon wraps us in the exquisite middle ground between dark and buoyant pop in their new single “Real Love.” It’s the kind of cheery sad song that explores the complexities that lie beneath starry eyed vision of love. It is slightly steamy and puts you into an introspective mood – enjoy below:

“Real Love” is from Lo Moon’s upcoming self-titled debut album, which will be out on February 23 via Columbia Records. Comprised of Matt Lowell (singer/guitar), Crisanta Baker (bass) and Samuel Stewart (guitar), Lo Moon has become one of the fastest rising band in the past few years. Last year they’ve opened for Phoenix, The War On Drugs, London Grammar, Glass Animals, and more. The trio will be announcing upcoming headline tour in the next upcoming weeks, but for now we know they’ll be hitting London in May:

5/22 – Omeara (London, UK)
