In a warm laid-back soundscape, Nina Nesbitt takes us into an introspective and self-loving mode in her new single “Somebody Special.” Nina’s vocals intricately land over the minimalistic soundscape that is built on fingersnaps and bouncy synths, building an intimate atmosphere for realizations and optimism. The song recounts meeting someone who helps you remove the negativity of your self-perception that often end up clouding your judgment. Stream below:
“I wrote this song in Nashville last year. It’s about a time when I was feeling very shit about myself and ended up re-meeting someone who reminded me who I was and what I was worth.” shared Nina.
