Aside from the fact that he can pull off the mustache without looking creepy, Los Angeles-based artist Gregory Ackerman harmonizes the raw intimacy of acoustic sound with folk ingredients. His new single “Keep Falling” is stitched with beaming guitar strings that takes you into a starry-eyed milieu where his silky croons evoke the hopeless romantic within you. There is ballooning buoyancy throughout the song that gradually draws your mind out of reality – if you need a break from the blistering pace of life, “Keep Falling” will help you turn on your peace mode:

“Keep Falling” is from Gregory Ackerman’s debut album, And Friend, which will be out on May 25th via V2 and Munich Records. And Friends is an anachronistic album that brings back old Californian 1960s-70s folk style while addressing contemporary political and social issues. Gregory has a show coming up soon, so make sure to see him live:
