Gallowstreet is not a typical band, but an army of 12 instrumentalists who harmonize elements of brass, hip-hop, jazz, funk, and blues into one refreshing genre: neo-brass. The self-described ‘neo-brass’ pioneers have unveiled the video for their latest track “DeLorean Cowboy” where we see them do their mojo in black-and-white screen. “DeLorean Cowboy” feels like an anthemic crossover between Spaghetti West and classical symphony, where suspenseful edginess meets intricate sophistication. Watch below:

“DeLorean Cowboy” is from the band’s upcoming sophomore album, which will be out later this year. It is the follow up of their Edison Audience Award-nominated (the Dutch Grammys) debut record Battlefield, which was released back in 2017. The 12-piece will be playing a show tonight and also has more dates coming up:

2/16 – HONK! Festival (Amsterdam, Netherlands)

6/9 – Seabottom Jazz (Lelystad, Netherlands)

6/15-17 – ZeelandJazz (Middelburg, Netherlands)

7/22-24 – Camp Moonrise Festival (Bussloo, Netherlands)

9/1 – Tuckerville (Enschede, Netherlands)
