Smearing shades of blues and funk onto the R&B palette, NoMBe sends us atmospheric chills with his latest single “Drama” ft. Big Data. Like the title suggests, the song is about a turbulent relationship where NoMBe embraces its messiness with his smoky croons. With notes of psychedelia, “Drama” captures that blissful frustration that comes when you’re lovesick with the wrong type of love:

“Drama” is from NoMBe’s upcoming album, They Might’ve Even Loved Me, which will be out on March 23rd. The record tells the stories of women who have influenced NoMBe’s life including his godmother Chaka Khan, mother, girlfriend, crushes, and flings.
