UK rock quartet Edenthorn revealed an ear-battering rock piece “Mind Like A Minefield” where they touch upon our inner battle with anxiety. The thundering drumbeats and breakneck choruses resonate the mental friction we experience when we are trying to juggle with stress. If you need a reminder to stop overthinking and just unleash all the inner bullshit, this is the banger for you:

“‘Mind Like A Minefield’ is influenced by the experiences that we’ve all had with anxiety and panic attacks, and generally stressing out and overthinking things. The idea of battling with yourself and your mind, a war within yourself and your mind. The positive message in the track is ‘I will defeat it, I can beat it and in the end I will win the war within.” explained the band.
