“I’m doing time in the industry”

Australian artist Gabriella Cohen injects us with 60s rock’n’roll mania while walking us through Venice Beach in her new single “Music Machine.” It’s a quaint collage of Gabriella’s musings that are fragmented with her own emotional ambivalence, perceptions, and distractions. “I saw many homeless on the concrete / While bikini girls stripe down Venice Beach” chants Gabriella. Using glimmering guitar strings and pinch of humor, “Music Machine” is an anachronistic piece that exhibit 60s swag:

“Music Machine” is from Gabriella’s upcoming album Pink Is The Colour Of Unconditional Love, which will be out on June 1st on Captured Tracks.
