Vancouver-based producer Hoang teams up with Nevve for his debut single “Don’t Say” – a lush piece of electropop that rhythmically captures the fleeting nature of summer romance and the inevitable feeling of longing that comes with it. “Don’t Say” starts off with an intricate pulse that propels smoothly along with Nevve’s crispy voice to a cathartic electro shower. If summer love is about laidback commitment, then “Don’t Say” captures its breakup mood:

In regards to the track, Hoang shared “Flew down to LA to write this summer tune with the incredibly talented Nevve in her studio. I’ve always heard her amazing voice at all the major festivals and I was thrilled to have worked together to write something special. We poured our hearts into this one.”

Hoang is originally a pianist and guitar player who eventually took the electronic trajectory. You can follow him Facebook and Instagram.
