Like marshmallow version of rock

For all of you non-British people out there, ‘Flump’ is a sweet that is made of marshmallow sold in the UK. Outside of the candy word, it’s the sound of a heavy fall. London artist Michael Jablonka captures the essence of both meanings in his rock single “Flump,” a sweet and raw rock piece that has the syrupy rhythmic richness of an unapologetic banger. The bluesy atmosphere and smashing percussive drops yield a sugar-like rush to your brain as the echoing vocals of Michael channel a garage vibe. Stream below:

Born and raised in London, Jablonka has been playing shows since the age of fourteen. He has collaborated and worked with other artists including Charlie Brown, Stooshe, Michael Kiwanuka and Delta Maid. While he hasn’t shared any announcements regarding a new record, Jablonka will be releasing new singles in the upcoming months.
