Why do I have to apologize / For being so intense?”

Australian quartet Baby Blue is pushing the boundaries of surf rock and indie with their latest sophomore EP, Do What You Like. Released just last week, the quartet also shared their retro music video for “I Like You” where they shuffle through the inexplicable feeling of guilt and unapologetic boldness of liking someone who isn’t quite emotionally there yet. Layered with fuzzy ambience and fizzling chords, “I Like You” feels like a mesh-shaped sonic comforter on your ears. Stream below:

Do What You Like is available to stream here. The quartet will also be touring this summer:

7/6 – The Curtin (Melbourne, Australia)

7/13 – Bridge Hotel (Castlemaine, Australia)

7/14 – Exeter Hotel (Adelaide, Australia)

7/19 – Marly Bar (Sydney, Australia)

7/20 – Rad Bar (Wollongong, Australia)

8/4 – The Eastern (Ballarat, Australia)
