Novo Amor’s “Birthplace” Will Make You Want To Go Back To The Aquatic Apes Era

Life looks cooler under the sea

Watching Novo Amor’s video “Birthplace” will make you wish that our ancestors were actually aquatic apes. Yes, it’s an apeshit theory (no pun intended), but the majestic and pristine beauty of sea life that is shown in “Birthplace” is celestial…also the dreamy and stretching croons of Novo Amor adds that extra spark into the cinematic ambience. Shoutout to Sil van der Woerd and Jorik Dozy for directing such a rad video:

The track is from Novo Amor’s debut album, Birthplace, which will be out on October 16. Novo Amor is the solo project of Welsh artist Ali John Meredith-Lacey who broke into the scene with his debut EP Woodgate, NY back in March 2014.
