NYC-based duo The Knocks helps us relive classical Hollywood films that every 90s kid grew up watching in their new video “Ride Or Die” featuring Foster The People. All we can say is that the video is a cinematographic mutant where the duo hopscotches from one iconic scene to another with a punch of humor. If you grew up with Rocky, Pulp Fiction, and MIB, then “Ride Or Die” will make sense. Sort of:

 

Comprised of Ben Ruttner and James Patterson, The Knocks formed back in 2008 and have done remixes for the likes of Katy Perry and Flo Rida. They’ve also collaborated with artists such as Fetty Wap, Walk the Moon, and X Ambassadors. “Ride Or Die” is from The Knocks’ upcoming second album, New York Narcotic, which will be out this year.
