LA-based artist Cappa throws a neon-light fest in her new video “Tension” where we see the gal exude her groove swag while inundating our eyes with flashing colors. It’s a bubbly synthpop that is cleverly built on bouncy hooks and lets Cappa’s massive voice be the engine of the track. Directed by Joe Desantis, the video stars Cappa who looks like she’s having a massive party on her own:

Originally from Philadelphia, Carla Cappa broke into the scene back in Nashville and recently moved to LA in order to be closer to the music scene. She debuted her self-titled EP in April 2015, which gained critical acclaim. Her works have been featured in ads for major brands including Victori’as Secret, Bumble, Under Armor, and Journeys. Be on the lookout for more pop bangers from the gal this year.
