Molly Burch Shares The Different Pretty Faces Of Imperfections In “Wild”

Austin-based artist Molly Burch embraces imperfections in her new wistful single “Wild.” The video, directed by Luca Venter, shows the artist in fancy attire where she gives us a glimpse of her own insecurities and anxiety. With glistening chords and deep-cutting vocals, “Wild” has a sonic fluidity to it that feels like a blend between soft rock and indie pop. Watch below:

In regards to the track, Molly explained “I wanted to write a song that made me feel at peace with my imperfections and celebrate others without putting them on pedestals.”

“Wild” is from Molly’s upcoming album First Flower, which will be out on October 5th via Captured Tracks. Molly broke into the scene in 2017 with her debut album Please Be Mine, which focused on heartbreak. In her upcoming record, the gal switches gear and explores broken friendships, her own relationship with her sister, and personal battle with anxiety. In support of the new album, she will be touring across North America and Europe starting this fall:
