UK quintet The Vryll Society captures the headspace of a frisson-struck gal in their video “Light At The Edge Of The World.” Have you ever heard a song that just hits the spot and melts the reality away? You get boxed into your own private, happy place. The music video captures exactly that where your headphones become a segway to your own wonderland. Directed by Peter Fearon, “Light At The Edge Of The World” is dreamy psychedelic trip to the countryside:

“For the video we wanted the idea of a girl listening to the track and falling into a dream” shared the band. “The majority of it is shot in a country garden where Peter really enhanced the colours to give it a dreamy summery vibe. The girl seems to be looking for something throughout the video and we’ve left it up to the viewer to decide what that is.”

The single is from the quintet’s debut album Course Of The Satellite, which will be out on August 10th via Deltasonic Records and was produced by Joe Fearon and Tom Longworth. Comprised of Michael Ellis, Ryan Elis, Lewis McGinness, Benjamin Robinson, and Lloyd Shearer, The Vryll Society has performed at SXSW and Glastonbury n the past 18 months. Not to mention how they’ve been featured across BBC garnering widespread acclaim. The quintet will start hitting the road this October, so go check them out:
