Swedish pop goddess Robyn has been teasing us with glimpses of her new upcoming record Honey. Robyn’s last album Body Talk was released back in 2010 and while the gal has been shaking the pop scene with various collaborations and singles that has been featuring on TV shows like Girls, Robyn has been keeping her fans waiting for a new record. Back in February of this year, an impatient fan tweeted her “Who decides your album release date?” to which she tweeted back:

When Robyn released “Missing U” earlier this summer, fans started the #RELEASEHONEYDAMNIT movement across social media:

Robyn heard your prayers (or hashtag) and has now announced that the record will be officially out on October 26th via Konichiwa Records and Interscope. In regards to her new album, Robyn shared that it is “this sweet place, like a very soft ecstasy. Something that’s so sensual, and so good. I danced a lot when I was making it. I found a sensuality and a softness that I don’t think I was able to use in the same way before. Everything just became softer.”
