Reptaliens’ “29 Palms” Is Abstract Topography 101

Portland experimental duo Reptaliens introduces us to the abstract landscapes of psychedelia and imagination with their new video “29 Palms.” Made of stop motion and paint, the video is a journey into the desert and oceanic geology that is infused with the whimsical aura of the track. Watch below:

“29 Palms” is from their debut album FM-2030, which was released back in October 2017 via Captured Tracks. Comprised of husband/wife team of Cole and Bambi Browning, the couple met on a basketball court while they were filming a music video for a friend’s band. Six months later, they were married and have been songsmithing together ever since. The duo will hit the road in support Of Montreal this fall, so go see them:
