German artist bülow rekindles that chest-pounding and blind bliss of young love in her new single “Tow Punks In Love” where she hooks us with a nostalgic waltz built on pop and trip hop elements. “We were kids it’s been a while / but you still work to make me smile / a stolen kiss, nowican’t wait to waste my life away with you” she chants. There’s a sweet warmth to the track that embraces familiarity and captures the comfort of re-discovering emotions that feel novel at the same time. Stream below:

“With ‘Two Punks In Love’ it feels like I’ve gone full circle. It’s a homey feeling. I was creating this kind of music at the very beginning, when it was just me, my guitar, in my bedroom. A lot has changed since then, I’ve gone through shit, my sound has evolved, but that doesn’t mean I won’t come back to my roots every now and then.”

You probably know bülow from her viral single “Not A Love Song,” which has already broke 30 million streams. In the past year, the gal has released Damaged Vol. 1 and Damaged Vol. 2, which quickly made waves across international pop scene. She is currently on her North American tour, so go see her:
