A suspenseful journey of the human condition

Danish artist/troublemaker Lydmor has finally dropped her long awaited record I Told You I’d Tell Them Our Story. It’s a 12-track journey of progressive pop that is filled suspense and haunting hooks that feel like blackmarket pop you’ll have to get through connections – but you don’t. All you need is wifi:

Inspired by her stay in Shanghai back in 2016, the album is a narrative of her experiences in the metropolis where she dissects her relationships with other people and the city. The album embarks on a love story that transitions into the sinister nightclub scene of Shanghai before ending with Lydmor’s own existential thoughts regarding our own biological and technological relationships. It’s suspenseful, dark, complex, and bold that feels paranormal at times. Every track feels cathartic where the gal explores the dark side of human condition.

Lydmor will start her tour in November, so don’t miss her:
