Austin-based quintet Calliope Musicals throws a chromatic fest in their new video “Cosmic Poison Arrow” where they channel the old school vibe of New York. “Craig wrote the piano and synth parts of this song while we were in New York City which was fitting because I thought the piano felt very old school New York. The instrumental parts were so exciting musically that it was tough to build lyrics around them… but 5 or 6 musical mad-libs later we created this strange story.” shared Calliope Musicals’ Carrie Fussell.
