Canadian indietronic duo Humans teaches us the power of collective Identity in their new thrilling video “Going Late.” The video starts off with an enigmatic air where the ominous undertones keep you suspended – but as you watch it, “Going Late” takes an unexpected turn. Are they going to kill the Pepsi jacket? Watch below:

“The video for ‘Going Late’ is a homage to classic 70s films like The Warriors. We even went to the extent of shooting it on 35mm film. The crew on and off camera was 90% made up of our close friends so it must’ve been one of the most pleasant shoots we’ve ever done and I believe it shows on camera.” shared Humans’ Peter Ricq.

The other half of Humans is Robbie Slade, who started songsmithing with Peter back in 2009ish. Since then the duo has landed Juno nomination, toured with other artists (Flight Facilities, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Sleepy Tom, Sweater Beats, Young Empires), and garnered praise acros international media. “Going Late” is the title track of their upcoming album, which will be out on November 16th via Haven Sounds.
