Libby Whitehouse’s “Rewind” Is Bubbly Garage Pop

If only life had a rewind button

Rising UK artist Libby Whitehouse nails our wistful desire to time-travel in her new single “Rewind.” The track has the bubbliness and shimmer of mainstream pop, but is trimmed with garage elements that give it an edgy substance. Reminiscing the earlier days of a relationship, “Rewind” channels the emotional weight we carry when a relationship goes stale:

“‘Rewind’ is quite different to anything I’ve released so far, it has more of a garage vibe to it which I LOVE. I had so much fun writing this with my producer Chris Priest. It’s taken from my debut EP Feels, which I’m so excited for everyone to hear.”

“Rewind” is from Libby’s upcoming EP Feels, which will be out on November 14th. She will also celebrate the release of her EP with her first ever live show in her hometown, so go see her:

11/13 – The Haunt (Brighton, UK)
