Talos Shares Serial Killer-Inspired Love Song “See Me”

But it sounds nothing like its inspiration

Irish artist Talos sets us into an emotionally serene and dreamy state with his latest offering “See Me.” With a soothing melodic fluidity, “See Me” seeps into your mind where Talos vocals stretch with an alluring smoothness. Stream below:

“The song is about an inability to love someone,” explained Talos. “I drew a lot of lyrics from the story of the serial killer, Ed Kemper. The irrepressible power of that kind of need to be seen, or wanted, fascinates me. We all want to be accepted, to feel loved, but sometimes our inability to see our own qualities causes us to destroy the very possibility of it.”

Eoin French is the mastermind behind Talos who has been waves across the UK scene with his debut record Wild Alee, released back in April 2017. The album currently has more than 20 million streams on Spotify and was listed for the RTE Choice Music Prize for Irish Album of the Year. “See Me” is the follow up of his latest EP Live At St Luke’s, which was released back in September of this year. He is currently on his UK tour and will be supporting Peter Bjorn and John this fall and Aurora next year in North America. Go check him out:
