Brooklyn-based band Parrot Dream captures the various stages of grief choreographically in new video “Light Goes (In Mines)” featuring Kai Pelton, a co-facilitator of the Trans-Generational Theatre Project. The song muses over an unresolved relationship between parent and child that can lead to feelings of loneliness, loss, and confusion. Watch below:

Comprised of Christina Hansen Appel (vocals, keys) and Gonzalo Guerrero (guitar), Parrot Dream originally formed in Santiago, Chile in 2013 before relocating to New York.
