Elohim’s “Buckets” Is Just The Beginning Of Her Emotional Purge

LA-based Elohim is pouring out her emotions while taking us to a new height of electropop with her latest single “Buckets,” co-produced with Skrillex. Coated with shimmering synths and silent intensity, “Buckets” strays away from the typical chronological emotional buildup of songs we’re accustomed to – instead the track is chopped with bursting moments that capture the unexpected meltdowns we experience during our own emotional purging. It takes more than a single climactic loss of sanity to get rid of your own negative thoughts and “Buckets” is a brilliant depiction of such messy process:

“2019 will be a year of unmasking, unveiling, and facing fears head on. ‘Buckets’ is the beginning. It is also the final installment of my collaborations with Skrillex. This piece is an emotional purge, a side of me I’ve never shared before. I am now ready… Are you?” shared Elohim.

Elohim has a few shows and festival dates coming up, so make sure to see her in person:

2/28 – Deja Voom (Chacalal, Mexico)

5/16 – Hangout Music Festival (Gulf Shores, AL, USA)

5/31 – Governor’s Ball (New York, NY, USA)
