UK artist Mae Muller demolishes gender stereotypes and claims her boss power in her new single “Leave It Out” b/w “Flaws.” Teaming up with Future Cut (Rihanna, Dizzee Rascal, Lily Allen), the new release is a reggae-glossed mixture of pop grooviness that has been smoked out with R&B heat. In regards to the new single, Mae shared, “with ‘Leave It Out’ Future Cut had started this beat and I just thought ‘I have to write something so BOSSY over this.’ Something that people can really feel themselves to.” Continuing on ‘Flaws’ Mae explained, “It was a case of me wanting to switch the stereotype. It’s always men bragging about how much money they have and what luxuries they own, so I thought I would add my spin on it. That you’re gonna have to do a whole lot more to impress me!”

Mae is currently working on new music and will be performing at Live At Leeds. Go see her:
