When it comes to dating musicians, you always need to weigh in factors like their crazy tour schedules, mood swings, and – of course – all the songs they’ll write about you before, during, and after the romance. All the music in the ‘before’ and ‘during’ phase is good, but the ‘after’ will be the crowd favorite (not necessarily yours though). Newcomer and Island Records signee artist Frawley has just debuted her single “Hard Boy,” an anthem largely inspired by her own heartbreak. Bur there’s nothing moping about it – it’s actually a catchy banger where Frawley delivers a sweet fuck-you to whoever messed up with her. Glossed with all the hooky intricacies of major pop and polished with her boss attitude, “Hard Boy” will make you think twice before you break up with any musician:

“I’ve been working towards this day my entire life.  I’m so excited for the world to hear what my friends and I created.  Someone messed with my heart at the perfect time and now we’ve got “Hard Boy.” shared Frawley.

Originally from New Jersey, Frawley first started gaining attention with her viral covers of Rihanna, Adele, Demi Lovato, and Alessia Cara (her cover of “Here” broke 12.8 million streams). Frawley will be releasing more singles this summer, so stay tuned.
