New Zealand artist La Felix takes us a slow-burning journey in his new single “Give Me Your Love” where he lets us indulge in the minimalistic euphoria of auto-tune layers and mantric lyrics. The song’s charm lies in its simplicity and the pristine longing for someone else that La Felix transmits through chest-swelling synthesizers. Stream below:
“This track is probably the most emotional one I’ve written so far. It’s overly simple and very repetitive but works on a very slow build of elements and harmonics. Because of the change in style, I got to explore ideas I hadn’t been able to access before since I was so restricted in my own genre and style” shared La Felix.
