BONES UK’s “I’m Afraid Of Americans” Is American Dream On Steroids

LA-based duo BONES UK takes the stereotypical notions of the American Dream and reframes it from a noir, dystopian angle in “I’m Afraid Of Americans.” It’s a gritty, smashing song where the colossal drum kicks and rumbling bass morph into a bombastic beat where the duo breaks down the fallacies and diverse personas that such ‘dream’ breeds. Enjoy:

“We wanted to play with American stereotypes and go darker on them,” shared singer/guitarist Rosie Bones. “It’s like the seedy underbelly of the American dream.”
