Vancouver trio Little Destroyer takes us through the cycle of spiritual death and rebirth for all the damaged human species out there in new single “21.” It’s a trippy rock anthem that is braided with the rhythmic precisions of pop and transmits an air of self-reflective reverie where the trio embrace being reborn out of chaos. Whether that is a life-changing event, bad decisions or just personal hotmess, “21” is a reminder to use that as a way to reinvent yourself:
“‘21’ is an intoxicating trip through the highs and lows of trying to survive the modern world as a damaged human; think of yourself as dead. You have lived your life. Now, take what’s left and live it properly. What doesn’t transmit light creates its own darkness,” shared the band.
Comprised of Allie Sheldan, Michael Weiss, and Chris Weiss, Little Destroyer formed back in 2014. Not much is known about the trio, but be on the lookout for more bangers from them.
