Michigan native Michigander takes the proverb ‘misery loves company’ and turns it into a chest-swelling wistful track of longing and loneliness titled “Misery.” Unlike its title’s connotation, the track itself is an expansive one that is built on colossal crescendos and cathartic bursts that feels bright for the empathetic moodiness it is built upon.
